Established in 1991 as a state owned company, SMK Montagi JSC - Bourgas has been an entirely private enterprise since 1997 with more than 50% of its shares owned by the company's employees. And that guarantees the dedication of its personnel. SMK Montagi JSC carries out numerous construction works from 1991 to date, gaining enviable reputation for quality and reliability. The company employs 222 people of whom 117 construction workers and 45 engineering staff have more than 10 years continuous work experience. SMK Montagi JSC is to allocate 30 of its employees to carry out the construction of Harmany Residence.
