The payment schedule is as follows:

  • 40% when signing the preliminary contract, but no earlier than the start of construction works.
  • 40% when the roof is put in place and the building satisfies the requirements for receiving ACT-14 as defined in Bulgarian legislation. To see a building whose completion corresponds to ACT-14, click here
  • 20% when the building is completely finished and final contract for transfer of property is signed



When buying two or more apartments reduction is negotiable.
When paying 80% or more when signing the preliminary contract, reduction is negotiable.
The investor reserves the right to change the price of apartments that are not sold.
